Hi, I am Sam, your Maternity photographer in Canterbury.
My comfortable home studio is just 15 mins from Canterbury and can be easily reached from Sandwich, Deal, Folkestone and other parts of Kent. I specialise in maternity, newborn and baby photography for your family.
The best time for your maternity photography session is between 30 and 36 weeks during your pregnancy.

Capture the beauty of your pregnancy with a relaxed and memorable maternity photoshoot. I offer two options to suit your needs:
Mini Maternity Session – A simple yet stunning session just for mum-to-be. Choose one outfit and enjoy a moment to celebrate this special time.
Full Maternity Experience – A more personalised session with up to three outfit changes. Partners and siblings are welcome to join, creating heartfelt family moments. This package also includes a newborn photoshoot booking, ensuring you capture those precious first weeks
I strongly recommend booking after your 20-week scan to secure your preferred date. Your session will be calm, comfortable, and tailored to you, ensuring natural, timeless images youand your growing bump will cherish..

Two options are on offer to you, my mini session is designed for those only looking for a few images.
If you want the full experience then my full session is for you. Your partner and babies siblings can be included or we can focus just on you!
All Maternity Photography sessions take place at my studio in Canterbury. Full sessions can also take place at a location close to Canterbury.
Full session includes a styling consultation and full use of my specialist maternity wardrobe.

What if I want nude images taken?
I do offer nude maternity images on request. These are done with taste discretion.
What if I'm nervous in front of the camera but really want to document my pregnancy?
Don’t worry, most people are nervous having their picture taken at first. I will do all I can to help you feel relaxed and comfortable so you enjoy your experience.
How many outfit changed do I get?
You can comfortably have two outfit changes during your sesion time. Please bear in mind if you want more this will take away shooting time and you may not recieve as many images.
Can we bring other people to the session?
Family and sibling images are included in your session cost. If you wish to bring extended family, please contact me and make this known before booking.
What happens if we can't make our session?
In the event that you can’t make your session I ask that you contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange a new date for you.
I am able to rearrange on one occasion free of charge, but subsequent postponement will incur a new session fee to be paid.
When will my images be ready?
You will be asked back to the studio for your viewing appointment usually 2-3 weeks after your session date.
What do we all wear to our session?
All this will be discussed in your pre session consultation.
